The Madison Knitters’ Guild is pleased to offer members reusable, wooden badges to wear at monthly meetings, special events, or other fiber related events.

Note:

Membership dues need to be paid in full to have a badge ordered
Members receive 1 badge for free, additional are $3.00 each.
To have a badge for the October 2026 meeting, complete registration by 31 August, 2026. Registrations after that will be ready for the December mtg.

Your name badge will be available for pick up at the MKG monthly meetings. If you would like a name badge and are unable to pick up at a monthly meeting, we can mail a name badge to you for a fee.

MKG members will be responsible for remembering to bring their name badge to MKG events.

How many characters are available?	You have space for 10 characters, including spaces, for your name.
When will my name badge be available?	In the fall, badges will be available 5-7 wks. after ordering.
Where can I pick up my name badge?	Your name badge will be available for pick up at a monthly meeting at the membership table. You will receive an e-mail confirming your name badge is available for pickup.
What if I can't attend a monthly meeting, how can I get my badge?	MKG can ship you a badge for $8.00.
What kind of fasteners are available for the name badge?	Badges will have either a magnetic or clip/pin fastener (you get to choose - you can have both)
I don't want a name badge.	No problem! Let us know here: No! I don't want a MKG Name Badge!
Where will the name badges be stored?	MKG members are responsible for storing their own name badges. It may be convenient for members to store them in a car glove box, handbag, knitting/crochet/spinning bag, lunchbox, etc. Store it somewhere you will remember to bring it to a meeting.
Can I have more than one name badge?	You may order additional badges for $3.00 each (plus shipping, if applicable).
What if I lose my badge?	You may order a replacement name badge for $3.00 (plus shipping, if applicable)
My name badge broke/is defective - help!	Please contact MKG Membership (mailto:membership@madisonknittersguild.com ) and we will work with you to get it repaired or replaced for free.
