She has been a professional skinnfell maker for the past nine years and began her craft journey while living on a farm in central Sweden. Today, she lives on a family farm in northwest Michigan where she raises Gotland sheep and is making an increasing number of skinnfells for customers across the U.S. Her interest in teaching has taken her to twenty-five states and she is a regular instructor at sheep and fiber events and private venues. When not working with animals or making craft items. One of her crafts is knitting with her Gotland wool which she also sells on her website. She has been designing Swedish/Scandinavian knitting patterns incorporating cultural icons.
