November Guild Meeting

Speaker: 

Cynthia Dalzell:  Cynthia will tell her story of living and crafting in Paradise (Madeline Island).  She lives on a small sustainable farm dating back to 1895 where she raises sheep and alpaca.  Cynthia washes, cards, dyes and spins fibers into yarn and is an active part of the Woods Hall Craft Shop. 

Community Projects: 

  • Porchlight Inc.:  Greatest need is for warm socks and hats especially for men in L, XL, and XXL, as well as mittens and hats for women; and warm scarves
  • The Road Home:  Greatest need is for hats and mittens for children ages 2-11, also warm scarves
